We offer welcoming spaces including three lounge areas—a spacious library-style lounge, an upper-floor TV lounge, and a quiet relaxation corner—ensuring residents have the freedom to socialise, unwind, or enjoy peaceful moments. Every bedroom is equipped with an en-suite toilet and washbasin, with adapted bathrooms and shower rooms available to support a variety of mobility needs.
To enhance daily life, The Haven provides a range of convenient on-site facilities such as a salon area with visits from a qualified hairdresser twice a week, a small shop for everyday essentials, and optional daily newspaper deliveries from a local newsagent. Our beautiful, well-kept back garden offers a calming outdoor retreat for residents and visitors to enjoy.
The home came under new management in June 2020 and, later that year, became an Approved Training Centre—achieving full compliance in September 2021 and every year since. This reflects our ongoing commitment to professional excellence and staff development.
